What an amazing place, facilities where so good showers toilets etc, entering the toilets was like entering a hotel toilets, led lights in mirrors, speakers in the ceilings, very impresed, by far the best camp site we have ever been to, will be back as soon as we can😊

We stayed Friday to Sunday and we weren't disappointed with the touring pitch we were on.Very large pitch, plenty of space with aerial point, water and electric.Friendly staff for check in and maintainance teams all chatty and relaxed. The on site shower / toilet block was possibly the best we've had on any of the sites, all very modern, well maintained with hot showers and decent pressure!Ideally placed for a short walk to the beach front (15mins) with a number of pubs, cafes, etc all also enroute.Would definitely visit again and highly recommend to others.

What a fantastic site. I have had the privilege of staying here 3 times now and will be back down again in September from the Scottish Highlands. Unfortunately my trip had to be cut short due to unforseen circumstances. Immediately the kind staff offered me the days in lue of my next visit. Isn't that wonderful. Dave

After one of the worst winters for dull rain and windy escaped to peewit. Used to come here twenty years ago in our caravan. Still the same lovely site. Nicely modernised toilet block and services. Lovely cheerful staff in the office. Ran out of gas on the Sunday. Didn’t even know that they had it on site. Didn’t have a spanner to change the bottle but a very nice man had no hesitation in bringing the bottle and changing it for me. Lovely site lovely people. Fair prices

Been to peewit a few times now , I would say it's my favourite site to stay and only 75 minutes from home , pubs , takeaway,s supermarket, beach , all a short walk away , very friendly helpful staff , toilets and showers are modern and always clean ,what more could you ask for ,

Cracking site. 2nd time out in our caravan. Staff were friendly and helpful. Even when I lost my key to the shower block 🤦‍♂️! Lovely little area for the kids to play in. ExtremelyWell maintained site and facilities. Clean shower block and toilets. Stones throws from the seafront, Lidl, McDonald's, literally everything you could need and want all in one spot! Always loved Felixstowe for a day out and now even more so we can stay overnight in such a perfect site.

Fantastic place to pitch up! A super friendly and immaculately clean site, very safe and walking distance to everywhere. Highly recommend. Great friendly campsite, with clean & well maintained facilities. We were near the entrance/reception area - nicely quiet in the evenings. Walking distance to the seafront, Lidl and McDonalds. Plenty of places to eat out at Beach Street.

Loverly place to pitch up I spent a week here toilets and showers nice friendly staff but if you are not a fan of kids then ask to be put away from the playground area lol the local Chinese China cottage is also very friendly and nice and they deliver to the site and know we’re the pitches are also there is a yummy Indian takeaway called the Majaraha they also know what pitches your on very friendly driver loves star trek lol

Our first time at Peewit. Lovely site and facilities are immaculate, very close to beach, supermarket and town . Had a problem with our caravan and had to leave it for repairs. The staff are amazing and so helpful and got it fixed the same day. Thank you so for your help, you truly are amazing 😍 xx

A fabulous site. The staff work tirelessly to keep the site clean and tidy. Nothing is too much trouble. Facilities are clean and modern. Pitches are spacious and well kept. Look forward to our next visit

I would like to say how fantastic the staff are at Peewit, especially Louise. They are very helpful and friendly. We experienced problems firstly with our car and then the caravan. They were understanding and supportive. We think they are great.

It's nice quiet holiday place to come and relax also spend time with your family. The beach is close by so you can walk to the beach plus there a Lidl near by that you can walk to if you need to get anything. The staff there are friendly and welcoming. I wouldn't mind coming back here again in the future.

This is a truly beautiful site. Staff are very obliging and always seem to make an effort to help you. You have a job to believe that you are right next door to Britains largest container port as it is so quite and peaceful. We like it so much we keep returning every year.

Very well maintained site. With good facillities and everything close to hand. Clesn toilets and hot showers. No surprised this place has won awards. Good fast Broadband with free Wifi just in reception area. Good cycle routes into town.

This is a lovely touring park in the middle of a small holiday site. Facilities excellent and well maintained, toilets separate from showers. Walking distance to beach but does involve a lot of steps. Really nice reception area with carp pond and small aviary. Would recommend.

Great weeks holiday here. Site extremely clean and well maintained. Plenty of space between caravans. Very quiet. Friendly and helpful owners. Enjoyed watching the squirrels at play. Lovely fish pond filled with large koi and an a canary aviary. Great facilities for water and waste. Visiting fish and chip van on a Saturday.

First time here. We had read somewhere of someone visiting the site so thought we would give it a try as only an hour's drive for us. It's a good level grassed site with extremely clean toilet block. There is a Lidl next door also a McDonalds, should you be traveling with the younger generation. Very close to the sea front and promenade. The town centre is within walking distance as wellOverall a good site with local amenities close by, would definitely be returning at some point in the future.

Just spent a lovely long sunny weekend here. Campsite is very well kept, staff are extremely welcoming and friendly, and the toilets and showers are the cleanest I've seen. Everyone seemed relaxed and happy. Will def return.

Pewit has always been a good site to come to. The site has lovely staff and good facilities. It is suitable for all the family. The site is in a good location. It has decent access to shops and entertainment. The beach is a 20 minute walk from the site the train station is a 40 minute walk from the site. There is access to resterants and parkland Close to the site. There is plenty of entertainment for children and adults.

Very warm welcome, great pitch, nice and flat. Good elsan disposal area, and lots of taps for water, hand washing basins, and had sanitizer too. Didn't use any other facilities as not open due to Covid restrictions. Thank you for a great stay, we look forward to returning!! 😄😊😎

Had an absolutely lovely stay here. Everything was kept very clean and we had a lovely pitch for our caravan. You could hear a little bit of noise from the docks and train but I'm a very light sleeper and it didn't disturb me. It's like a little oasis in Felixstowe, you wouldn't believe it was so near the town. There is a private gate that leads to a path that eventually brings you to the beach, it took us about 10 minutes to walk. They have other parts, like shop etc, which we couldn't use as they were shut due to the Covid situation so it will be lovely to go back another time to experience the whole site. An absolutely lovely stay thank you.

As charming as ever.Lack of grass cover at the end of the season.Only to be expected following a late dry summer.Staff still very friendly despite Covid.Helped out, identifying 'Birchwood' an excelent caravan mobile service company, who sent a very knowledgeable engineer to deal with our caravan towing electrics.

Excellent site. Very friendly staff . Great pitch. Web site stated fully booked but on phoning lots of motorhome/caravan pitches. Clean water points and waste disposal. Only minor thing no drive over gray water disposal so had to get the hose out but not difficult. Great laundry and showers. Would recommend this site.

Just spent 5 nights at this lovely caravan site. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and kept the site immaculate. Toilets and showers were really well thought out for social distancing and frequent cleaning going on. Great for our dog too with a dog walk and poo bins just outside the main area. Definitely going to visit again. Thank you.

This is a small, laid back, friendly, family run park. The facilities are excellent. The pitch limits for tourers could be marked out somehow as its left up to the customers to sort themselves out. But, having said that, everyone staying there was helpful and friendly so it was no bother but potentially could be. Would definitely recommend it.

A nice site, handy for the seafront, took about 20mins to walk it. We walked to the port & the viewpoint cafe too which took longer but was a lovely walk for the dogs! Showers & loos were clean & never too busy. Will be returning again later this year.
